This agreement, together with any additional terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers contained elsewhere on this website forms the conditions of supply of material on, use and access to this website (‘the Website’). CardioScan maintains this Website as a service to its clients and the general public.

Your continued use of the Website constitutes an acknowledgement and agreement by you that you accept and agree to abide and be bound by these terms and conditions and any modifications made to them from time to time. In no event is CardioScan liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages or loss of profits of whatever nature (even if CardioScan has been advised specifically of the possibility of such damages arising from consumers using the Website or engaging the services of CardioScan), howsoever arising including but not limited to:

  • the supplying of the services again; or
  • the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.

User’s right to use the Web site is not transferable. Any rights given to user to obtain forms are not transferable.

Where we provide services under an agreed contract with an organisation (e.g. your employer) that organisation controls the information processed by the services.

Type of information we collect about you

Most of the personal information we process about you, is when you provide it to us directly for one of the following reasons when you input it into the service.

Information we get from third parties: From time to time we might collect personal data about you from other sources, such as trusted third parties like our marketing and content partners or publicly available materials.

Cookies: Our website uses cookies to distinguish you from other users of our website. This helps us to provide you with a good experience when you browse our website and also allows us to improve our site. A cookie is a small file of letters and numbers that we store on your browser or the hard drive of your computer.  Cookies contain information that is transferred to your computer’s hard drive and can only be done with your approval which you will be notified on your screen to action. We have put strict measures in place to ensure your personal data remains protected. We collect information globally and primarily store that information in the United Kingdom and Australia. Complaint Procedure

If you have any concerns about our use of your personal information, you can make a complaint to the Data Protection Officer @ dpo@cardioscan.co.uk. We will endeavour to respond to you within 7 days of receipt and resolve the complaint within 30 days. We CardioScan commit to advising you of the outcome in writing and reasoning for reaching that outcome.
